Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving
  
• Warehouse management
  
• Manage existing client relationships, purchase orders, invoicing
  
• Forecast and place internal purchase orders
  
• Manage client correspondence via phone and email
  
• Support production team
  
• Coordinate and confirm shipments for client accounts and systems
  
• Manage carriers
  
• Communication with sales and other internal departments regarding the tracking of shipments and receipts
  
• Manage, forecast, receiving quality control and report inventory
  
• Resolve client issues and complaints
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements:

• Bilingual ?? English and Spanish preferred
  
• EDI experience
  
• Minimum one year of recent international import/export logistics experience
  
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel, ability to learn internal ERP
  
• Must be personable, dependable and organized
  
• Ability to solve problems, multi-task, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
