SUMMARY:

• Hyperion Planning/Essbase administrator working with both the Accounting and Finance teams to consolidate monthly financial forecast and reporting. Support annual and long-range planning process.
• Assist in various management presentation and ad hoc projects.
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Hyperion Planning/Essbase program
  
• Aid sites in month end closing & Hyperion related activities
  
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for senior management
  
• Assist in quarterly Board of Directors and various management presentations
  
• Track and analyze site financial and operational performance
  
• Support annual and long-range planning activities
  
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
  
• Perform ad hoc requests as requested
  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor??s degree in accounting , finance or related business degrees
  
• Must have 3+ years of relevant accounting/financial planning & analysis experience or related experience
  
• Hyperion Planning system/administration knowledge required
  
• Must have manufacturing experience
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Travel will be required on an as needed basis
