Job Details

5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
Techno-functional HCM experience is desired. HCM sub areas include core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
Ability to coordinate with IT and HR teams to gather business requirements.
Ability to write and maintain reports/queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools, including PS Query.
Past experience acting as a liaison between IT, HR Business Owners, and Global HR Managers to research, diagnosis and resolve HR Systems inquiries.
Experience participating in projects related to system changes, enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
Must have excellent communication skills.
