NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 12-15+ years of software development experience and experience in leading technical teams

• In-depth and recent use of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server. 

• Experience with other object oriented language will be considered, but the preference will be given to candidates with C# & ASP.Net programming.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mobile development on iOS, Android and Windows platform.

• Proven track record of managing technical teams and product delivery under tight deadlines.

• Extensive experience in managing inter dependencies among technical and business projects.

• Technical ability to partner with technical project managers, architects and leads to deliver new features and system improvements

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodology is a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical Leadership, be a mentor and support a diverse, co-located team.

• Design and Develop enterprise scalable applications

• Participate in design reviews, contribute to document technical design and specifications

• Coordinate and collaborating with cross functional teams in Project Management, Business Analysis, QA and Development for alignment, issue resolution, and product delivery.

• Ability to prioritize team work through balancing both long and short term objectives.

• Identify areas of need and implement successful strategy for improvement

• Communicate project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders
