• You've been talking about UX before it was a thing and find yourself constantly wanting to make changes to websites and applications you use because you know you can do better.
  
• You've spent at least 4 years perfecting your skills and can jump into new projects with ease.
• When friends ask what you do all day, you say UX? in response, but Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Fireworks come into play as well.
  
• You might have other tools you canâ??t live without so do we, and we always love to see how others tick.
  
• You've built a few websites in your time and you know your HTML+CSS well enough to build what you design or close enough to let an expert take over.
  
• At the very least you like to keep up on whats new and emerging in web and mobile design even if you've stopped banging out code yourself.
  
• Bonus points if Foundation, Sass, jQuery, etc. are things you know.
