Desired Skills and Experience

• Excellent web design capability and creative prowess
  
• Skilled with graphic and web design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.)
  
• Experience in Responsive Web Design a must
  
• Proficient with HTML (HTML5 a big plus) and CSS
  
• JQuery and JavaScript skills desired, but not required
  
• Version control experience (updating, committing and merging data (e.g. Tortoise, SVN, etc.)
  
• Project and product life-cycle management tools (e.g. JIRA, Wiki)
  
• Strong time management, deadline driven, and ability to maintain a high volume of work
  
• Passion for staying up to date on latest coding standards and practices
  
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Marketo) and CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Orchard)
  
• Dynamic web environments (NET, PHP, etc.) and database architecture understanding a plus
