Job Description:

1. Business Analyst/Gathering Requirements: 5+ years: Candidates must have experience gathering requirements from technical and functional users from varying types of correspondence (Benefit and coverage documents (SBCs), 1099s, Reports etc)
2. Enterprise Application experience: gathering and documenting requirements in an enterprise environment. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience highly preferred - They use HP Extream and may be moving to Cincom Systems' Eloquence
3. Healthcare Experience - candidates need to have worked in a healthcare environment and understand the business challenges, claims, billing, customer services, etc
Pluses - Agile (SCRUM) experience
