Development Manager DOES (among other things):

Partners with IT team members and team members/internal customers to deliver solutions
Participates as a lead in the technical implementation, coding and testing of solutions
Contributes to translate business requirements and process documentation in to functional technical solutions
Designing/Developing web software which improves customer experience and productivity
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of system resources
Ability to embrace change, be bold and challenge status quo
Passionate about solving customer problems
Contribute to design and architecture of the project
Have a quality mindset in development implementing elegant solutions for customers

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

Proven track record of developing and delivering technology solutions in a business environment.
Demonstrated work in cross-functional teams in both small and large team environments
Strong understanding of software design and architecture process
Experience with entire SDLC and solid grasp of engineering fundamentals
A visible passion for technology and process improvements
Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Experience with Java, JavaScript, SDSS, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap
Experience with OOP (C# and .Net) as well as MVC or n-tier architecture
Experience with NetSuite APIs and MSSQL
Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Solid communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong HTML/JQuery/CSS background
Mobile App Development Experience
Experience with T-SQL, SSRS
Working knowledge of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
5+ years of experience working as a web/mobile programmer/solution architect ideally in a customer centric E-Commerce type environment
BS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
NetSuite Certified Suite Foundation preferred
