Role:Retail Business Analyst

Location:Irvine, CA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures
Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys and workflow analysis
Conduct retail business reporting, research and analysis for management
Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel
Partner with cross-functional business teams related to system and business processes
Enforce proper testing methodology and develop test scripts with users and vendors
Oversee the life cycle of changes to business systems and prepare detailed reports for management team
Provide education and training on retail systems/tools to business partners, including retail businesses
Act as the IT lead on cross-functional project teams
Assist with project scoping, planning and scheduling
Identify and propose timely and on-budget solutions
Participate in projects related to the other enterprise applications
