Job Requirements

  • Instrumental in the creation of the Annual Operating Plan and subsequent Forecasts for the entire P&L, including key reviews and follow ups with functional leaders.
  • The Case Division is a high revenue generating area of and gets the most notice from the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Support the month-end closing process through reporting of Actual results and providing key inputs to standard reporting packages for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Work with Finance Management in understanding how to analyze variances on budgeting and forecasting, as well as key performance indicators and strategic direction of the division; ability to create and maintain financial models is important.
  • Maintain budget and forecast database within the applicable financial reporting system.
  • Work with cross-functional staff, i.e. Inside Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to provide analytical feedback and reporting to the respective teams.
  • Investigation of unusual activity or fluctuations in Sales, Margins, and Operational Costs.
  • Perform adhoc financial analysis as requested.
  • Create, review and update standard operating procedures and identify improvements for efficiency and internal controls.
  • Work effectively with multiple and changing priorities, with strong attention to detail.

Skills, Knowledge And Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive financial experience with previous work in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting; Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Highly organized data management skills with an ability to arrange, classify and cleanse data in a logical manner.
  • Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information, processes and systems.
  • Must work well within a team as well as individually.
  • Demonstrated record of process improvement.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook); experience with Oracle, Hyperion
