As the Senior Financial Systems Analyst of the Financial Systems Team, you would be responsible for developing financial planning systems and processes to support Corporate FP&A Function. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the ownership, development, and administration. Financial Planning systems (principle platform includes Adaptive Insights and Anaplan). The right candidate must be a strong problem-solver, positive attitude and passion for technology. This role is critical to scale and support growth of the company across the globe and multiple brands including JustFab, ShoeDazzle, FabKids, and Fabletics. This position will report to the Director of Financial Systems
Responsbilities
Lead the financial planning system architecture efforts to balance and satisfy world-wide users\' needs while maintaining the fundamental principles of financial reporting tools
Lead the conversion of excel-based business models into automated financial planning systems
Build, distribute and maintain standardized management reporting to support both corporate and business unit reporting needs
Management of all data flows into the planning and reporting environments, including governance and validation of hierarchies, security groups, and financial data
Work with finance leads across Business Units and regions to understand and support their process and data needs within the various planning and reporting environments
Partner with the Controller and Business Unit Finance organizations to establish governance protocols on the financial planning systems
Advocate management reporting structure and consistent views across the organization â?? from both a corporate financial planning viewpoint as well as from the reporting of actual results
Develop and deliver Financial Systems training, so that a minimum level of common understanding and knowledge is built into the capability of the organization
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience including
Established track record in implementing and/or maintaining planning & reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion, BPC, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Tableau) is a plus
BA/BS degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience
Strong Excel modeling capability and proven track record of using scripting languages such as VBA, SQL, or other similar technology to drive efficiency
Proven ability to work across the finance and IT landscape while maintaining a keen eye on executive reporting requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly convey relevant information across multiple levels of the organization and confidently project a professional image that fosters relationship building and collaboration
Proven ability to integrate large volumes of data from disparate sources into a planning system
Strong understanding of the implications of a global business on systems
Passion to continuously provide exceptional customer service to all internal business partners
Strong understanding of and partnership with the business and the finance functions
Passion for innovation and using technology to drive efficiency
Self-starter and ability to manage projects independently
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
