SAP HCM Analyst Location: Lake Forest, IL Duration: 6+ months Job Description: Work with clients HRIS, Payroll and Benefits teams in day to day support activities, resolving issues and ensure that IT team supports the company objectives. Design and develop Functional Definition documents for new enhancements and projects assigned. Develop Functional specification documents, Test plans, and user Training documents. Configure SAP Time management, and Payroll modules per the business requirements, test and deliver on time and defect free for user testing. Minimum Qualifications: 5 to 7 years of working experience in SAP HCM Time Management, Payroll and Benefits modules is a must. SAP HCM projects production support experience demonstrating troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with implementation of at least 2 full life cycle SAP HCM projects. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving interface issues, time evaluation and payroll errors.
