DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IT Web Program Manager will work within the Information Systems organization and is responsible for managing the relationship between our Marketing and Sales business, and our IT Development teams.
This role is a combination of business relationship management and IT project management.
The IT Web Program Managers primary goal is to be the liaison between our Marketing partners and IT Delivery teams, leading the efforts to implement technical solutions to satisfy the changing needs of Marketing and Sales.
They will partner with the Global Director, Digital Marketing and Content Manager to help drive customer loyalty and increase lifetime value, and be a thought leader on marketing technologies across all digital channels.
Provide thought leadership related to technologies and leading edge digital marketing strategies.
Project Management and/or Scrum Master Responsibilities over the IT Delivery team.
Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality in conjunction with web users, department managers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for Web software administration and appropriate use.
Partner with the Marketing Department to develop and maintain a product backlog for all Marketing initiatives, including ROI assessments and value assessments.
Gather, analyze, and define end user requirements for Web pages and usability in accordance with business objectives.
Ensure that Web pages meet corporate objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.
Collaborate with UX and UI experts to design intuitive experiences.
Negotiate contracts and liaise with Web software supplier for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.
Conduct research and make recommendations on new and emerging Web technologies that can be leveraged through existing Web investments.
Liaise with IT Delivery to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have either a Bachelors degree in Information Management, with strong experience in Web programming or a Bachelors degree in Marketing and/or Statistics, with strong technical experience.
5 year experience in Web pages initiatives.
3 years leading projects to implement Web technologies.
3 years of scrum master experience.
Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred.
Solid understanding digital marketing concepts and implementations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive in presenting complex data and concepts to groups.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to conduct research into application issues and products.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Familiar with data mining techniques and make recommendations on technologies related to data mining.
Some travel may be required for the purpose of offsite software installation, training, configuration, and so on.
