We are currently seeking a Staff Software Engineer at Santa Clara, CA

Title: Staff Software Engineer 

Duration: 4+ Months

Location: Santa Clara, CA

As a Staff Software Engineer within the group, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Build a distributed database to support semi-manufacturing environment.
  
• Design a front end internal website to display database information and modify data
  
• Design and implement a user-friendly database query interface.
  
• Implement data transfer processes and upload data to database
  

Qualification:

• Master’s degree or higher preferred, Computer Science, EE, or related fields;
  
• 5+ years of direct work experience in database development;
  
• Expert in Python with knowledge on at least one industry standard framework, Django is preferred.
  
• Experience working with NoSQL databases and distributed systems
  
• Experience in front end web design
  
• Familiar with MongoDB, Hadoop, MapReduce
