Develop better budget reporting to create efficiencies and to provide a deeper level of understanding with spend variances Conduct ad-hoc P&L and business case analysis for support business decisions while working within tight deadlines Support all budgeting and forecasting cycles with Sales and execute sales reporting and reconciliation Support with account coding and guidance for Deductions team Provide ongoing forecast and spend support with Key Account Managers Provide business support as required to deliver analysis and opinion on business opportunities (Profitability review of alternatives) Prepare presentation material and present results to Functional Finance group along with Sales team Responsible for variance analysis on month end results for Trade spend and Balance of year reporting Qualifications: Bachelorâ??s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Commerce Proven work experience in a Finance support role with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, trade spend and pricing financial analysis 5-8 years financial experience, preferably with the Consumer Package Goods Industry Experience in identifying financial risks, exposures, and preparing analysis CPA designation or in progress Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills Negotiation and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
