Title: Siebel UCM Consultants
Location: Torrance, CA
Duartion: 1 Year+

An international company, located in Torrance, is seeking Siebel UCM Consultants (Business Analysts and Tech Lead) for a 12+ month contract role.
This role will support several projects including a Salesforce Implementation, Telephony Upgrade, Lights On, Web Services implementation various small enhancements AND Production Support Releases
The Consultants will be engaged in or responsible for full project lifecycle delivery of production support releases, Feature Requests/System Enhancements and projects/CPs involving configuration and customization of Oracle/Siebel UCM, Trillium Data Quality (matching and merging) and Haley logical/privacy rules. T
The Consultants will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand scope, drive business and technical requirements gathering activities, create BRDs, drive approvals with all stakeholders, support design, support construction, write test plans and test cases with the support of the QA Lead, conduct functional testing, integration testing, end-to-end and performance testing, and manage user acceptance testing.
This role requires the candidate to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including multiple business groups, Privacy, Compliance and Legal. The candidate will be handling sensitive customer demographic and privacy information as part of this role, so they should have experience working in a regulated data privacy environment.
Position Requirements:
Must Haves:
• 6+ years experience working in Siebel environments, ideally with UCM-specific experience
• 1-2 years experience with logical rule sets and data quality in relation to legal/privacy regulations/data considerations
• 1-2 years Project Management experience
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to elicit and clearly document complex business requirements and reconcile differences between multiple business/technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understating and experience of system and software development, technical application architecture design and testing methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of Industry Standard/Best Practices Requirements Gathering Methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology systems and software development
• Ability to understand technical architecture design of applications
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
• Working knowledge of requirements management tools (Doors, etc.)
Testing-
• Liaison with the QA, downstream teams, Vendors, and business users to create and finalize test plan/scenarios
• Facilitate meetings to ensure scenarios are complete
• Execute testing cycles, document results, and create testing sign-off documentation
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
- Data Quality engines and profiling tools (such as Trillium Quality and Trillium Discovery) and logical rules (such as Haley)
