The Senior Project Management Leader will work with P&L business teams to define and implement how the client is set up in domestic and emerging markets to ensure compliant operations.  In this role you will be accountable as the functional focal point to drive Oracle ERP implementations and simplification programs to provide a solid foundation for operational controllership and compliance.











In addition you will:



  • Evaluate current business processes within defined work scope leading and executing initiatives

  • Develop and standardize processes across business entities and geographic poles

  • Continually improve and streamline systemic and transactional processes

  • Adapt processes and/or system setup to accommodate changing business conditions and new business entities

  • Highlight additional opportunities to standardize

  • Lead efforts with functional and IT leadership

  • Ensure proper design, setup, testing, and implementation of major Oracle ERP programs

  • Facilitate sharing of lessons learned across programs

  • Ensure adherence to and completion of business tollgates per plan

  • Effectively communicate the strategy and tactics of the programs

  • Apply functional and systemic expertise to creatively merge business systems (ERP, MES, PLM, etc) with process simplification initiatives

  • Lead process development workouts

  • Walk users through system options through trystorming in sandbox environment

  • Build and demonstrate functioning system solutions

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Program Management experience)

  • Minimum of 5 years of functional Material Management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP experience in Engineering Data Management, Master Production Scheduling / Demand Planning, and/or Inventory and Warehouse Management

  • Six Sigma Black or Master Black Belt certification or equivalent Quality certification
