System AdministratorCompany is currently seeking a talented and organized individual with the skills necessary to fill our system administrator position.
This position will consist of advance troubleshooting and supporting of our VMWare Environment, Microsoft Exchange Messaging System, Backups, and general updates to our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Resolving complex support issues, performing software installations and upgrades, analyzing and troubleshooting system environments, and maintaining appropriate version controlManage and support an Exchange Messaging system environment of 150+ usersAdministration of our virtual servers and VMWare environmentPerform preventive inspections, to diagnose, repair and maintain all hardware, software equipment to ensure optimal system performanceResearch and implement IT security best practices and keep up with industry standardsProactive server monitoring and reportingManage data backups and disaster recovery systemsSupport other IT team members activities as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science and 2-3 years of related experience.
Excellent communications skillsMust be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Must have strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience resolving server issues remotelyAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to perform job responsibilities in a flexible manner, varying with the needs of the businessExperience with the latest Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and Windows ServerSome experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred BCompetitive benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation and personal days.
