Setting up sprint ceremonies (planning, retrospective, demo) and facilitating when required
Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
Removing obstacles that prevent the team progress
Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner
Coaching the team in Agile practices and principles
Stakeholder management and leadership.
Working very closely, on a daily basis with the development team, Product Owner, BSA, and Team / Tech lead to ensure successful delivery of sprint commitments
Reporting team / sprint progress to senior leadership as requested
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters outside of the group to develop consistent best practices through COP forums
Strong leadership skills with experience in conflict resolution
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Ability to engage and motivate team to work towards a shared purpose in the best interests of the organization

Basic Qualifications
2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with at least one high performing team
3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple Agile teams
Excellent debugging skills in Devops environment; coordinate across the teams
Comfortable in understanding Infrastructure concepts and environments
Comfortable in understanding a Unix/Linux based environment.
Comfortable in understanding Cloud based environments and concepts like AWS, Openstack, OpenShift, Docker Containers and CI/CD toolsets.
Complete understanding Agile concepts
Complete understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipeline delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as, Stand up, Planning, Demo, Retrospective, Grooming, and the best practices associated with them.
Clear understanding of Agile practices and principles
Clear understanding of Agile team roles and responsibilities
Experience working in different areas of banking technology (website, Mobile, Desktop, IVR, etc…)
Experience and understanding of Devops concepts
Agile coaching experience
Basic understanding of LDAP or Active Directory concepts
Ability to chase service and request tickets aggressively to completion to meet tight project deadlines as required
Cloud and infrastructure concepts like (AWS, Openstack, Azure)
Working knowledge of Scrum tools – Rally
