Role:HR Systems Administrator Location:Brentwood, TN
Job description: SUMMARY: The Human Resources Systems Administrator works in the human resources information system (HRIS) and supports the talent acquisition, human resources and talent development departments. The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the support and maintenance of ADP (including HCM, recruiting, onboarding, document cloud, performance management and compensation) and related HR applications. This role advances the talent capabilities of the organization through reporting, research, and analysis of various HR related data and information.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Serves as the system administrator for ADP HCM and recruiting applications and related systems.
Monitors day-to-day system operation, including interfaces between ADP and other internal/external systems and vendors.Reviews, tests and implements system upgrades or patches.Oversees self-service modules, solicits feedback and identifies overall needs of end users to increase efficiencies and create effective HRIS functionality.
Partners with internal customers across various disciplines to develop processes, workflows and procedures to support business objectives and maximize efficiencies.
Serves as the subject matter expert on HR systems to support new functionality and features in ADP and related systems.
Assists in gathering and documenting business requirements and specifications and assists in completing testing and training as needed.
Develops standard, custom and ad hoc reports including turnover, EEO-1 and time to fill.
Designs, maintains and distributes talent dashboard and related metrics.
Analyzes data to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the business.Leads projects as defined by leadership, such as end user training and compliance.
Manages the department's SharePoint intranet presenceMaintains accurate and updated documentation on processes, policies, and projects.
Proactively finds inefficiencies in processes, suggests enhancements and presents proposals to leadership.Works closely with other groups in the performance of duties, including accounting, payroll, benefits and operations.Helps to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology or relevant field, ANDAt least three (3) years of experience administering human resources systems, ORAny similar combination of education and experienceProject management skills and experienceStrong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to work unsupervisedAnalytical abilities to understand and interpret data and formulate recommendations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using SharePointComputer proficiency, including experience with a wide range of common software and mobile applications, including HRIS and ATS applications
