Experiencewith modeling techniques, such as UML or BPM

Abilityto prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-pacedenvironment

Proficientin simplifying and standardizing complex business processes and IT systems.

Abilityto work both independently and collaboratively

Abilityto share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to executive staff,business sponsors and technical resources, in clear concise language that isthe parlance of each group.

Goodoral and written communication skills

Experiencewith agile software development techniques
