Role:Sr. Civil Engineer,
Location:Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Central/Southern Indiana and surrounding geographic areas.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain strong professional network.
• Work with marketing department to develop marketing strategy for assigned geographic area.
• Prepare and submit project proposals (scope, fee schedule, deadlines, etc.)Manage and be accountable for project budgets, deadlines and performance.
• Delegate project tasks and coordinate activities of engineering teams.Supervise, mentor and assist staff to ensure they meet their performance goals and are successful.
• Provide technical assistance when needed.Other tasks as assigned.
  

Qualifications:
Civil Engineering Degree Required.10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering or related Industry preferred PE License required.Strong knowledge of the Civil Engineering industry and Client requirements.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
