Location:Reston, VA

Job Description:

Company is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing projects to design, integrate and sustain multi-factor authentication and Single Sign On solutions using smart cards.
The successful candidate must demonstrate leadership and foster collaborative team approach, interacting with customers and providing consultation and expert advice.
The IAM Project Manager must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a Project Plan (using Microsoft Project) and manage the project to ensure project milestones are metPrepare and submit project deliverables including Weekly Status Reports, Communications Plan, Training and Knowledge .
Transfer Plan, Transition PlanServe as the primary interface with the customer; conduct Kick-off Meeting; attend Weekly Status Meetings and ad hoc meetingsOversee preparation of Project Technical documentation including System .
Design Document, Solution Implementation , Configuration Documents and System Security PlanServe as the quality manager for all project deliverablesProactively identity project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; coordinate resources and ensure scheduled goals are metRequirementsFive (5) or more years of experience managing IT integration projects for Federal customers.
Five (5) or more years of technical experience in information security, identity and access management, multi-factor authenticationEight (8) or more years of experience in Information Technology
Experience with Windows Server 2012, ADFS, SAML, Azure AD, Office 365Strong technical written and verbal communication skillsStrong client interfacing and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem management skills with the ability to think critically; able to leverage technology and apply critical thinking to gather, aggregate, and analyze data, and present results to senior level clients.
EducationBA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fieldMaster's degree highly desirableCertificationsActive PMI PMP certificationCISSP or CISM certification highly desirableCitizenshipUS CitizenLocation / Travel:Reston, VASome local travel within the DMV area
