Role:Senior Workday Analyst

Location:The Woodlands, TX


Position Overview :

  • The purpose of this position is to support and maintain the Human Resource Information Systems (Workday, iCIMS, and others), as well as manage other special projects as assigned.
  • This individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • The Sr. HRIS Analyst will support HR team members with reports as needed.
  • This position is located in The Woodlands, and will report directly to the Senior Director of HR.

  • Essential Job FunctionsTroubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficienciesRun scheduled reports and create reports as needed
  • Participate in the development of, and advise management on, information technology strategy and technology deploymentFunction as Project Manager for HRIS upgrades and projects
  • Ensure personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies and guidelinesIdentify, write, and implement Human
  • Resources guidelines regarding the Workday HRISIdentify opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes
  • Develop training curriculum and conduct formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRISProvide HRIS technical support to Human Resources and other staffServe as liaison among Human Resources, Benefits, Recruitment, and Payroll areas with regard to operations and the HRIS
  • Resolve complex technical problemsProvide other support to Human Resources management and staff as assigned or neededBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience5 years of Human Resources experience2 years experience with Workday HRIS, including reporting, business processes and configurationStrong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementationStrong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases toolsPosition requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
