Role : Imaging Operations Associate I
Location: Remote, OR
Primary Responsibilities :
Coordinating, supervising and documenting all study start-up through end of study activities involved with data processing and site management for assigned studies .
Creating training materials and study documentationGenerating and presenting logistical and technical presentations at Investigator/Vendor meetings, on site or remote training's .
Monitoring the distribution of clinical site training materials (i.e study-specific manuals, videos and translations) and sponsor/clinical site reports .
Monitoring turnaround times for DXA scan analysis and processingMonitoring and assist in the processing of technical and logistical edit checks and outliersMonitoring assigned deliverable's to ensure on time delivery .
Performing configuration qualification testingCommunicating with company Project Manager and/or Sponsor regarding operational deliverable's on assigned studies .
Communicating with clinical sites regarding DXA image quality, data discrepancies and changes in collection proceduresCoordinating with Clinical Data Management for transfers and edit check and outlier reviewMonitoring and reporting contract (i.e. fee schedule and statement of work) changes, affecting site management and data processing, to the company Project Manager .
Reporting monthly revenue for operational work performedParticipating in internal and external auditsUnderstanding functions of software used to produce and collect DXA image analysis results .
Maintains Client (internal And External) Satisfaction ByProcessing all study related data in a timely mannerGenerating site communication in a timely manner .
Establishing a rapport with study personnel, clients and others in a position to help meet the client's needsResponding to inquiries in a professional, courteous and timely mannerMaintains .
Quality Service And Departmental Standards ByReading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Contributes To Team Effort .
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assisting team with quality review of project trackingAssisting team with patient data follow up including outstanding data queries and late data inquiriesWorking with internal staff to resolve issuesData upload to proprietary databases
Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processesPerforming other duties as assignedAssists Team Members ByWorking on departmental initiatives .
Assisting staff with problem solving and troubleshooting issuesMaintains Technical And Industry Knowledge ByAttending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training
