DetailedRequirements

•        7 - 10 years ofhands on experience in SOA Environment creating right granular reusableservices.

•        5 years of workingexperience in design, development and implementation of enterprise level projectsusing TIBCO products (Business Works, EMS, and Business Events).

•        Ability to applydesign concepts - layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging andpatterns.

•        Participate indesign discussions and provide HLSD.

•        Lead and drive peercode reviews, unit and integration test artifacts.

•        Excellent debugging skills, ability to optimise and fine tune code.

•        Exposure working inOnshore Offshore model and able to lead/guide team members.

•        Need to have experience working in agile model
