The Lead Web Developer:Works with the Technical Director, Technical Architect, App/Web Developer, Database Administrator, System Administrator, Project Management, Account Management and Creative to create best-in-class websites and applications, completing all requirements and meeting usability expectations
Develops and/or maintains a sustainable front-end framework and coordinates with other team members
Partners with Technology personnel to develop creative marketing technology solutions in support of meeting client expectations
Estimates timeline for assigned projects and ensures that work is completed with the estimate givenProvides leadership in the development and implementation of short- and long-term technology plans and related policies and procedures

Required experience Education and experience.
Bachelors degree in CSC, CIS or other related field, plus five to seven years of project execution and management experience and well-developed client skills.
Technical experience and background.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five to seven years experience, with previous exposure to and deeply engaged in various stages of the SDLC as an HTML/CSS/JS Developer.
This experience provides the individual with the required vision into the necessities, complications and challenges that arise when building websites and applications.
Candidates must have solid software development skills and will be asked general and technical questions about software development, and specifically about JavaScript and jQuery.
Qualified candidates will have five to seven years of expert-level GUI development experience as well as experience with the most updated versions of front-end technologies and highly proven proficiency working with the following:XHTML + HTML5, CSS 2 + 3, JavaScript and jQuery Library, AJAX, XML, JSON, XSLT, XLIFF
Experience with ReactJS, or other frontend JavaScript SPA frameworks such as Angular or VueFamiliarity with Webpack and other JavaScript build toolsAdobe Photoshop and/or Sketch, and creating \"pixel perfect\" HTML/CSS from their designs.
