- Solid process analysis and communication skills. 
- Ability to take high level business drivers to implementable solutions. 
- Technical Skills Sound knowledge of User directories and access controls
- AD/ADFS 
- GPO Technical knowledge of Microsoft Collaboration Platform
- MS Exchange Skype for Business 
- Microsoft Teams Office/Office 365 administration experience or understanding Outlook/ Mobile versions of mail apps 
- Working knowledge of MS content and application management systems
- SharePoint 2013 
- SharePoint Online
