Responsibilities:

• Managing vendor relationships to the benefit of the enterprise
  
• Identifying creative solutions to drive day-to-day business
  
• Purchase Order Management: Daily Variance review
  
• Daily expediting report review
  
• Work on Projects as needed
  
• Service Level for responsible plants at 99%
  
• Achieve Inventory plan on DIOH
  
• Late PO??s>5
  
• Late PO??s between 1-5
  
• Priorities 1-4 complete with supply chain notes
  
• Excess no move 20% reduction
  

• High School diploma or GED required
  
• 1-2 years experience preferred
  
• Ability to analyze data and determine proper corrective action
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  
• Strong time management skills
  
• Must be detailed oriented, self motivated
  
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with strong Excel and Outlook email skills
  
• BIA exposure preferred
  
• ECC and AIMs experience preferred
  
• Team oriented and also needs to be able to work independently
