Position: Operations Associate/Supervisor

Location: Iselin, NJ

Job Description: The Operations Supervisor will also develop business requirements, decipher business and operational challenges, lead work streams, and guide assigned stakeholders through business case development with internal / external partners. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, have a strong understanding of operational workflow, payment processing, customer services, collections & delinquent processing, and statements. The ideal candidate will have experience with installment loans, credit card or merchant processing, as well as a strong customer service mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze business process and customer needs; translate business objectives into documented user requirement specifications / functional specifications
• Work with a diverse group of associates (e.g., service support vendors / partners, front-end designers, healthcare professionals, benefits coordinators, and bank funding specialists)
• Business process definition, functional road-mapping, requirements definition, gap analysis and development / support of customer loan product
• Drive process improvement and best practices that result in exceptional customer experience and elevated engagement
• Build user scenarios / test plans for functional testing and ensure proper user acceptance testing
• Identify opportunities for improvement in our business operations and design / implement business solutions to facilitate day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Management, Accounting, Finance or Human Services (or other with appropriate experience)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Ability to communicate (exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills) across various levels of the organization
• Superior organizational and planning skills, including the ability to direct and prioritize multiple complex priorities
