Scope of Work:
Due to the volume of systems,interdependencies, servers, and various locations throughout the state,additional staff is needed to support the effort. The team will ensure systems are set upfollowing industry best practices to ensure strategic initiatives andcompliance with federal and state regulatory laws and ensure businesscontinuity.
This position will be a part of the teamresponsible for the implementation of this project. They will also be involved with supportingthe day-to-day operations.
Candidates should be self-motivated,team-oriented, work under limited supervision, and respond to priority tasks asneeded.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific duties and responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to the following:
• Development,testing, modification, and deployment of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflowusing O365 tools in the government offering.
• Assistin the design of system architectures to align with organizational strategicbusiness objectives.
• Administersand maintains sites and sub-sites.
• Managessecurity for sites and sub-sites.
• Managesthe site layout structure and content.
• ProvidesSharePoint support to end users.
• Reviewsand monitoring usage reports.
• Sitecleanup and removal of unused sites.
• Assistwith Office 365 Government G3 environment, permissions, and security.
• Deployscustom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages.
• ConfiguresSharePoint services and settings.
• DocumentsSharePoint configuration and architecture.
• Requiresmastery technical and business knowledge in multipledisciplines/processes.
• Createsupporting project and system documentation.
• Provideupdates to the Project Team.
• Managessite quotas and file size limits.
• Workin a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or productsolutions currently in place.
• Abilityto plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
• Createsarchitecture diagrams, and technology navigation maps.
• Assist withdevelopment of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agencystandard cyber security policy design related to information risk management,designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection.
