Phoenix, AZ 85004Looking to build the locum pool for this Center located on Coronado Rd, Phoenix, AZ.2 room GI endoscopy ASC center. Lower and upper GIsPropofalPaper documentation. I think they just installed GMed.No medical supervision by anesthesiologist needed; will be working directly with the physicianACS levels 1,2 & 3 (4 are done at the hospital)Hours 8 hour days. M-F no Nights or weekends. No call.Guarantee 8 hours pay plus mileage. No lodgingLooking for locum coverage for the following dates.Sept 21-25Maybe Oct 8 &9Oct 5-9Oct 19-23Nov 2-6
