Qualifications - YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE MEDICAL DEVICE SALES EXPERIENCE
- PASSION, DRIVE FOR SUCESS, COUPLE OF YEARS IN SALES IN ANY INDUSTRY
- 2-4+ years outside / Field sales experience required
- Ability to effectively present complex ideas and subjects, both in writing and verbally
- Excellent computer skills
- (Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, CRM systems)
Prior experience travelling and working in a matrix reporting structure Prior experience working collaboratively in a team selling environment structure | Responsibilities - Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to our profitability
- Cover assigned territory promoting products to pre-hospital (EMS), including fire departments, ambulance services, flight programs and military bases
- Maintain short range and long-term plans for developing sales in the assigned territory
- Uncover new business opportunities and develop and keep up to date an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations
- Ensure the proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale
- Maintain organized account records, including account profiles, in the company CRM, Salesforce.com
- Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory and document the use thereof in Salesforce.com
- In addition, equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner
- Each Territory Manager is financially responsible for the equipment assigned to them
- Spend a minimum of 3 days per week working in the field
