Qualifications

  • YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE MEDICAL DEVICE SALES EXPERIENCE
  • PASSION, DRIVE FOR SUCESS, COUPLE OF YEARS IN SALES IN ANY INDUSTRY
  • 2-4+ years outside / Field sales experience required
  • Ability to effectively present complex ideas and subjects, both in writing and verbally
  • Excellent computer skills
  • (Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, CRM systems)

Prior experience travelling and working in a matrix reporting structure

Prior experience working collaboratively in a team selling environment structure

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the achievement of Territory Sales Quota, manage and develop customer base, control expenses while contributing to our profitability
  • Cover assigned territory promoting products to pre-hospital (EMS), including fire departments, ambulance services, flight programs and military bases
  • Maintain short range and long-term plans for developing sales in the assigned territory
  • Uncover new business opportunities and develop and keep up to date an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations
  • Ensure the proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale
  • Maintain organized account records, including account profiles, in the company CRM, Salesforce.com
  • Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory and document the use thereof in Salesforce.com
  • In addition, equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner
  • Each Territory Manager is financially responsible for the equipment assigned to them
  • Spend a minimum of 3 days per week working in the field
