·         They are looking for a Citrix person, though it’s not heavily outlined in the job description- everything else listed in secondary

·         Healthcare organizations tend to have a similar Citrix environment so that is a good industry to recruit from (I.e., Planned Parenthood)
·         Look for at least version 7 of Citrix
·         Must have extensive Citrix experience within last 2-3 yrs
·         Ideally needs NetScaler or Citrix ADC experience (this is one in the same, product name has changed back and forth). Version isn't necessarily as important here. Could ask what series it was, they should come back saying something like SDX, MPX or VPX (model number not important, most likely if they know one or more of those series names they have worked with the product)
Citrix is the MUST with script automation skill. Other like SharePoint, Confluence, and other O365 apps is good to have managing experience.Master of Citrix XenDesktop·       

• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019 Operating systems·       
• Active Directory (AD) & Domain Controller Administration including DNS and GPO management in a multi-site environment·       
• Building and administering Windows servers and accompanying infrastructure, maintaining capacity and performance in enterprise environment·       
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products, such as Exchange, SharePoint, Project, SQL etc, on both on-preme and Microsoft O365·       
• Manage/upgrade/migration experience to O365 Cloud·       
• Strong knowledge of virtual environment, hypervisor, such as VMware Vcenter, hyperV, etc·     Automation scripting, such as Windows server Powershell, MS Exchange Cmdlets·       Understanding of NAS\SAN Storage, Replication, load balancing, and LAN\WAN Technologies·       
• Work with vendors and perform upgrade/installation related activities, analysis and troubleshooting issues to provide resolution and execute on any new enhancement as required by business·       
• Experience with Infrastructure – virtual environment, VDI, Citrix ADC Load balancer, Backup& Restore, disaster recovery and business continuity·       
• Experience and knowledge administering workflows and issue schemes in Jira Software and Confluence·     
• Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines·       
• Responsible for research, design, deploy, and maintain Email services, windows servers, AD, VDI, and email related services. Once service deployed, build standards and SOPs for IT daily support and Operation engineer to perform the best practice in support and operation
