Job Description:

  • Job Title: Cisco VoIP Telecom Engineer
  • Location: Pittsburgh, PA ((Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week))
    Position Type: W2 Only
  • Duration: 1 Year Plus contract
    Visa: USC and GC only.

    • Job Description:

    • Responsible for architecting and implementing the VOIP infrastructure, as well as ongoing management of it. 
    • The candidate should have in depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Technologies.
    • They should have basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and how VOIP relies on it. 
    •  
    • Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways
    • SIP Trunking, Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions
    • Design/maintain VOIP architecture 
    • Install VOIP hardware
    • Troubleshooting voice issues
    • Cisco ATA, Analog
