Job Description

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for products (data products nice to have), ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business, to define product requirements and deliver high-quality data products.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data products and drive continuous improvement.     Compliance: Ensure all data products comply with CG regulations and standards
• Templatization: Bring industry standard processes and templates for product lifecycle and work towards their adaptation.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL mandatory, Python nice to have), business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI nice to have), and data management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of asset management lifecycle and related business data.,
