Job Description:
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our senior leadership team. As a critical member of our team, you'll be the cornerstone in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, managing complex schedules, and acting as the go-to person for high-priority projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Own the calendar of the executive team, organizing and prioritizing meetings, travel, and appointments. You’ll juggle multiple schedules, ensuring optimal time management.
- Communication Hub: Be the first point of contact for all internal and external communications, filtering inquiries and ensuring seamless, clear communication at all times.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while keeping in mind the preferences and needs of the executives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and teams are aligned. You’ll handle the day-to-day execution of tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are achieved.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative functions, from document preparation and reporting to office coordination. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize team events, board meetings, conferences, and special company activities. Whether it's a team retreat or a high-level corporate meeting, you’ll ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed.
