As the Manager, Executive Communications, you will play a key role in shaping how our executives communicate with internal and external audiences. From crafting speeches and presentations to managing high-profile communications campaigns, you will be at the heart of our executive team's messaging strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Messaging: Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for key internal and external communications.
- Speechwriting & Presentations: Write and refine speeches, presentations, and talking points for executives, ensuring they resonate with audiences and align with our brand’s voice.
- Crisis Communication: Act as a trusted advisor, helping executives navigate sensitive issues and crafting messaging that maintains our reputation during challenging situations.
- Thought Leadership: Help position our executives as thought leaders by drafting articles, blogs, and LinkedIn posts that showcase their insights and expertise in the industry.
- Content Strategy: Work cross-functionally with the marketing, PR, and HR teams to ensure alignment of communications strategy with business objectives, promoting a cohesive brand narrative.
- Media Relations: Support the executive team with media preparation and training, including interview coaching, key message development, and media outreach.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or a related field. Experience with speechwriting, media relations, and public relations is a plus.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: A natural storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messages that connect with diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, providing innovative solutions to enhance executive visibility and communication impact.
- Strong Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to drive communication initiatives.
- Crisis Management: Skilled in crafting communication strategies during times of change, crisis, or disruption, maintaining calm and clarity under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy, tone, and alignment with the company’s voice across all materials.
