About the Role:

As a Principal ServiceNow Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our IT Service Management strategy, leading the way in transforming how our organization delivers seamless, cutting-edge service experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that are not only scalable but also align with business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the charge on ServiceNow initiatives, overseeing end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure ServiceNow aligns with business objectives, delivering maximum value.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of analysts and developers, helping them enhance their technical expertise and drive excellence.
  • Analyze and optimize existing ServiceNow workflows to ensure they are efficient, effective, and future-proof.
  • Innovate by exploring new features and modules to keep our ServiceNow platform cutting-edge and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert (SME), providing insights on the latest trends, capabilities, and enhancements within ServiceNow.
  • Drive best practices for configuration, customization, and development of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior analyst role.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL Foundation certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM. Knowledge of integrations, scripting, and advanced workflows.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide a team of analysts and developers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear business solutions.
