What You’ll Do:
Lead & Innovate: Take charge of end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring the best practices and technical standards are met.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and create tailored solutions.
Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the technical strategy for ServiceNow implementations, aligning with business goals while optimizing performance and scalability.
Customization & Configuration: Customize ServiceNow to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring high-quality and seamless integrations across various platforms.
Mentor & Develop: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement within the technical team.
Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging ServiceNow features and updates, proactively implementing enhancements and driving innovation within the platform.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Identify and resolve technical challenges quickly, providing recommendations for optimization and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service.
What You Bring to the Table:
Expertise in ServiceNow: Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or custom applications, and experience leading full-cycle implementations.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams, managing projects, and working with clients to drive successful outcomes.
Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, JavaScript, web services, REST, SOAP, and other web technologies.
Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
