Ability to independently provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to High Risk residents in our centers.
Strong knowledge of MDS process and LTC environments.
Ability to professionally interface with and trouble shoot opportunities with other departmental leaders (nursing, administration, therapy)
Ability to maintain charting standards for “high risk” residents and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with the medical team.
Knowledge of standards and proven record of successful survey performance;
Familiarity of QA processes – sanitation inspections, test trays, safety standards, resident satisfaction weight loss root cause;
Strong computer skills;
Ability to educate and develop dining team;
Personality and leadership style that is cohesive with community in which they will support.
