Our client is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer (Cognos).
SUMMARY: Design and develop solutions for enterprise anddepartmental business intelligence (BI), data warehousing and reportingprocedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with users to identify and document BIrequirements and solutions.
- Help define BI strategies and effectivelycommunicate user requirements.
- Develop and implement reports and queries todrive business processes.
- Compile ad hoc data and report requests.
- Provide company-wide expertise on the company data model.
- Provide team with business and technicalsupport.
- Execute BI tasks and projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 5 plus years experience in BusinessIntelligence reporting
- Must have experience with Cognos
- Knowledgeof database design, SQL and data warehousing
