Role Title: AribaProcure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Consultant/Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Description:Experienced consultant with solid understanding of SAP Ariba capabilities todeliver the business change agenda during a national implementation of thetechnology.

The successfulcandidate will have a balance of strong e-procurement, business understandingand communication skills.

Specific deliveryareas include:

·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        Contributeto designing the Maintenance ways of working and resourcing plan postdeployment

Must havedemonstrated experience in vendor enablement experience. The OCM will buildstrategies to support adoption of the changes required by the project, andassess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. The OCM will also needto understand success metrics and provide updates on change readiness. Thisposition will deliver change management, organizational design and governance,and culture and technology adoption solutions to ensure the attainment of abusiness process transformation goal.
