- The Supply Chain Planning ERP Manager is responsible for the global business processes for supply planning in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.
- The Supply Chain Planning ERP Manager is a key member of the team that ensures the ERP and planning systems align with worldwide production, capacity, and inventory plans to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- This role is a key member of the Integrated Business Planning Team.
- Support the ERP system implementation as the lead and subject matter expert for Supply Chain Planning.
- Owns the business processes to support finished goods days on hand and inventory targets as they related to the ERP system
- Oversee the material movements and release of global SKU's through the entire supply chain.
- This includes production, sterilization, qualification, transportation and logistics.
- Drives continuous improvement of material flow processes in support of procurement and manufacturing goals, particularly lead time and freight costs.
- Responsible for process mapping the physical Supply Chain into the ERP system.
- Performs high level analysis on supply risk, cost and service impact of change.
- Engagement with Sales Ops, Supply Chain Planning and overall Operations/Distribution/ Logistics teams as well Global Sub-Contractors to meet company goals.
- Develop consistent, effective reporting and scorecards to highlight issues and drive action.
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering and 10 years of increasing responsibility in supply chain planning, production or procurement roles
- Experience in ERP system implementations Preferred
- Strong analytical, statistical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems. SAP is preferred.
- Ability to effectively influence third parties and cross-functional teams to drive improvement in a manufacturing environment.
