Overview
This role will provide data and analytic support for all Commercial and late stage products for Global and US to help address the Brand team and Field Sales team’s key business questions and challenges. This role will be responsible for identifying innovative data and analytic solutions to support key business priorities and develop and manage prospecting/HCP lead generation tools for the Field Sales Team.
This role will interact regularly with internal or external business clients, manage innovative data-driven prospecting tools, and define and propose appropriate data and technology solutions for key business challenges.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Communicate field tool strategy at all levels, primarily to Marketing, US Leadership, and Sales Field Team
- Manage and develop prospecting/HCP lead generation toolsTrain both Sales Field team and HQ on the landscape and insights drawn from complicated healthcare data. Answer hands-on questions about prospecting/HCP lead generationCreate, manage, and maintain data pipelines to create denormalized data models in commercial data warehouse for recurring analyses and reporting needs
- Support data strategy for late-stage and Commercial therapies
- Work closely with Rare Diseases Business Units to leverage data and analytics to address key business challenges and support business priorities
- Collaborate with commercial expertise areas such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Market Insights and IT for cross-functional analyses and the deployment of advanced analytics and technology-forward solutions
- Create innovative solutions to key business challenges and support business priorities; communicate key findings to Marketing teams
- Conduct analytics against HCP and de-identified patient-level data to drive disease insight, support patient finding, and HCP identification.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting, healthcare or biopharmaceuticals
- Analytical experience in a healthcare company (pharmaceutical or biotech) or supporting organization
- The ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare and/or science background
- Experience working directly with Sales Field Teams
- Deep experience with SQL and creation, management, and optimization of data pipelines
- Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or Airflow preferred
- Proficiency with analytic tools/languages (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, R or Python) and experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Advanced excel modeling and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred
- Experience with EHR, administrative claims and laboratory data (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony claims data)
- Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong ability to multi-task and shift focus as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience in roles where multi-level staff or client interaction is required.
