Qualifications

Hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc

Knowledge and experience of SAP Sales and Distribution functionality throughout the order to cash process

Ability to drive designs that balance business efficiency, system performance, security and compliance

Experience working distributed organizations dealing with resources from different time zones

Able to deliver quality solutions within scope and timeline in an environment with high expectations and challenging timelines

Ability to quickly learn and adapt new concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Capable to successfully deal with intangibles and ambiguities

Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information management or equivalent

Responsibilities

The role includes responsibility for all aspects of a project including: Supporting the business during requirements gathering to understand the needs of the project

Performing functional gap analysis and ensuring project scope is clearly defined

Helping to define project plans, deliverables, dependencies and risks

Producing functional specifications and co-ordinating with technical teams on the development

Developing presentations to document the solution for design reviews and business playbacks

Supporting technical teams in designing and executing performance tests

Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and executed to support a smooth production launch

Status reporting within the team and upwards to management groups throughout the project lifecycle

Co-ordinating cutover and implementation activities across multiple teams, both business and technical

Tracking issues and working on scope of changes during warranty support to ensure a successful handover to the production support team
