Job Description:
Qualifications â?¢ Minimum 10+ years\' of solid experience in leading Oracle ERP manufacturing configuration, testing, and deployment â?¢ Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processes â?¢ Minimum 3 full life-cycle global Oracle 11i/R12 implementations â?¢ Solid experience and knowledge with lean supply chain, order to cash, and procure to pay business processes â?¢ Proven ability to manage internal and outsourced resources to drive action and achieve results â?¢ Proficient with project management tools â?¢ Familiar with ITIL framework, SDLC process, and Six-sigma principles â?¢ Strategically thinking and decision making skills â?¢ Ability to design and configure solutions based on changing business needs including development of requirements, functional specifications, and design specifications â?¢ Experience working in a multi-org, multi-site environment â?¢ Ability to work effectively on multiple activities and projects â?¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills â?¢ Strong analytical and training skills â?¢ Ability to create Oracle ad hoc database queries to provide information when standard reports are not available | Responsibilities â?¢ Manage Oracle ERP daily services for production support, enhancement, and projects for all client supply chain operations â?¢ Lead IT Supply Chain Center of Excellence to help business delineate manufacturing lean initiatives â?¢ Manage, Design, configure, and implement IT Application projects that align with Operations business objectives â?¢ Manage the impact of transaction changes and their effects across all business segments and locations Oracle ERP involved â?¢ Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document â?¢ Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high quality delivery â?¢ Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes â?¢ Develop validation test plans, user and system procedures and training materials for customizations, upgrades and patches â?¢ People Development: Provide expertise for IT projects and Oracle implementation support across client; interface with all major business groups to implement order flows, processing rules and business models â?¢ Makes process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences â?¢ Provide Cross Functional and Cross Location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects â?¢ Re-engineer existing business system processes to leverage the capabilities of the both the Oracle EBS suite and other signature applications â?¢ Develop and conduct training sessions for internal and field personnel on all Oracle EBS modules â?¢ Duties, responsibilities, and activities will be reviewed periodically as duties and responsibilities change with business necessity Benefits â?¢ We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package |
