Bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science and/or Business/HR Equivalent

6+ years of relevant HR or HR Consulting experience

3+ years of experience with Workday payroll and benefits

3+ years prior HRIS experience

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be relied upon as Clients Workday Security SME for the role, policy, and domain security, as well as the reporting and analytics expert responsible for developing, running, scheduling, and maintaining simple to complex Workday reports

This position will work closely with multiple teams, particularly HR, to coordinate configuration changes, testing, and auditing throughout the year to ensure compliance both internally and externally

Provide consultative and functional assistance related to all security in Workday

Executing all role assignments per standard procedures and performing annual compliance security role reviews, making sure the Clients Workday HR data is safe, accurate, secure, and private and that data access and visibility are divided and private between the different clients divisions in the one Workday tenant

Develop, run, schedule, troubleshoot, and maintain simple to complex Workday reports (advanced and matrix)

Define and communicate all new functionality as part of the release and then coordinate unit testing, regression testing, and defect resolution for all configuration changes performed

Maintain proper change management documentation throughout the year to satisfy the company\'s internal/external audit controls

Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries, examining data monthly, working with the HR team, and verifying Audit (internal and external) requirements are met every year

Develop training materials (user procedures, guidelines, job aids, and documentation) and coordinate training with new system users and for Employee Self Service

Work closely with LMS/I Learn clients learning platform to create and develop training materials

Coordinate and lead Governance and Steering Board meetings and agenda topics
