Job Description:
OIM Developer/Engineer level resource with extensive experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and other related IDM products. The candidate will be assisting the project team in developing and delivering new system enhancements as well as remediating existing production bugs and issues. Need Strong experience with migrating/Patching
Responsibilities
• Helps in the design and development of custom software with an emphasis on delivering advanced data mining and text mining solutions in a customer-driven environment.
• Implements advanced data mining and text mining algorithms, complex data visualization tools, and data management solutions.
• Participates in the agile software development process.
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Qualifications
• Should have good understanding on Identity and Access Management concepts
• Hands on experience Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 11g) and BI Publisher development including Provisioning, De-provisioning, Reconciliation functions of OIM
• Experience on web logic configuration, clusters and servers management
• Good understanding on Java code to troubleshoot OIM out of the box code and to use OIM APIs
• Strong SQL and Java development skills
• Understanding on installation, implementation on different out of box connectors like Active directory and should have ability to work on custom connectors
• Proficient on both Windows and Linux environment
• Ability to interface with supporting technical team members to formulate technical design and break it down into actionable implementation activities for technical team members
• Ability to facilitate and lead stand-up meeting with technical resources
• Ability to document concise technical design specifications
• Strong full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) background
• Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates to the management and the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with distributed and remote teammates including Onsite and offshore coordination.
• Must be able to leverage internal resources and external technology partners to design, develop and deploy integrated technology components
